ماذا يحدث عند الحذف؟ / What gets deleted?
عند حذف حسابك يتم فوراً وبشكل نهائي:
- حذف رقم هاتفك واسمك وحسابك بالكامل.
- حذف قائمة المفضلة الخاصة بك.
- إزالة بيانات التواصل من أي طلبات أو بلاغات سبق أن أرسلتها.
- إلغاء صلاحية جلسات الدخول على كل الأجهزة.
Deleting your account immediately and permanently:
- deletes your phone number, name, and the account itself;
- deletes your favorites list;
- removes contact details from any requests or reports you submitted;
- invalidates your sign-in sessions on all devices.
ما الذي يتم الاحتفاظ به؟ / What is retained?
- المحتوى العام المعتمد (مثل دورات المياه المضافة، الصور، التقييمات) يبقى منشوراً بدون أي ربط بهويتك — التقييمات أصلاً لا ترتبط بحسابك.
- سجلات التبرعات (رقم المرجع والمبلغ والحالة فقط، بدون أي بيانات بطاقات) نحتفظ بها بدون ربط بحسابك للالتزام المالي والمحاسبي.
- Approved public content (added bathrooms, photos, ratings) stays published with no link to your identity — ratings are never linked to accounts in the first place.
- Donation records (reference, amount, status only — never card data) are kept, unlinked from your account, for financial/audit compliance.
مدة المعالجة: الحذف فوري. قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية مشفرة حتى ٣٠ يوماً ثم تُحذف تلقائياً.Processing time: deletion is immediate. Encrypted backups may persist for up to 30 days before being purged automatically.

أرسل طلب الحذف من أي بريد إلكتروني مع ذكر رقم هاتفك إلى abdelrhman21793@gmail.com وسنعالجه خلال ٧ أيام كحد أقصى.
Email your deletion request (including your phone number) to abdelrhman21793@gmail.com and we will process it within 7 days at most.
